Reis Araujo has its roots in passion and dedication to the protection of intellectual property. Since the early days in law school, where Laila dos Reis Araujo encountered the registration of Cupuaçu as a trademark in Japan, her journey has been guided by the pursuit of excellence in legal issues related to intellectual property and digital law.
With a degree in law in 2008 from the Federal University of Viçosa, Laila began her career as a lawyer, focusing on the areas of intellectual property and digital law. Thus, while working closely with her clients, she realized that intangible assets are nothing more than dreams materialized in trademarks, patents, software, and contracts, giving rise to Reis Araujo.
With over 15 years of experience, Laila is recognized as an expert in trademarks, having received recommendations from Leaders League and WTR1000. Our practice ranges from drafting and negotiating contracts to conducting arbitration proceedings in domain name disputes.
